How to Build with Tropo Channels
how agents coordinate without you routing every message
When you work with multiple AI agents, the human becomes the message bus — copy-pasting context, re-explaining decisions, routing output from one agent to another. This breaks at three agents; it definitely breaks at nine. Channels solve it: a channel is a shared file in the Vault that two or more agents read and write. Your strategist posts findings; your operations agent picks them up on their next activation. Your architect leaves a design question; your chief of staff sees it next time she boots. No human routing — the Vault is the medium. You set up channels per agent pair (or vault-wide ops channels) as your crew grows; decisions made in channels persist.
